Lead safety and training initiatives in a mining setting as a Safety and Training Supervisor. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and foster a proactive safety culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coach and direct safety and training personnel
• Oversee safety inspections and risk assessments
• Supervise industrial hygiene programs and compliance




• Manage contractor safety and operational changes
• Drive competency development and training oversight
Requirements:
• 7-10 years mining experience required
• 5 years in Occupational Health & Safety roles
• Knowledge of mining safety regulations
• Valid Ontario G driver’s license
• Familiarity with WHMIS and safety analytics
