What You’ll Do

- Develop Encore’s demand generation strategy and lead the integrated programs that bring it to life
- Own the funnel from awareness and lead generation through nurture and conversion
- Research, plan, and execute multi-channel campaigns across paid social, search, email, webinars, and events to drive qualified pipeline
- Define targeting and segmentation across finance, insurance, and other key verticals
- Partner with Brand and Communications to bring thought leadership and creative storytelling into every campaign
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations to build the infrastructure, automation, scoring models, and reporting that scale demand generation
- Align with Commercial and Product leadership to ensure every initiative drives measurable pipeline, adoption, and revenue impact
- Leverage AI, analytics,



and marketing automation to personalize engagement and optimize performance
- Own the metrics that matter: lead volume, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, and pipeline contribution

Who You Are

- A strategic, hands-on demand generation marketer who turns ideas into measurable impact
- Experienced in B2B lead generation, campaign orchestration, and funnel optimization across digital channels
- Skilled in ABM, paid media, webinars, and email nurture programs
- Comfortable diving deep into complex industries like finance and insurance to uncover recent opportunities
- Data-driven, curious, and experimental. You test, learn, and scale what works
- Collaborative by nature. You build trust across Brand, Ops, Product, and Sales
- Fluent in CRM, marketing automation and analytics tools
- Forward-looking and innovative. You use AI and emerging tech to move smarter and faster
