The pay range for this role is $90,000–$110,000 per year. Placement within the range will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. This position is an existing vacancy within the organization.ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & AnalysisAccountable for all aspects of the budgeting and forecasting process for the business units.Coordinate and facilitate the budget and forecast process with key business partners (sales, margin, expenses, etc.).Develop and distribute budget and forecast templates.Evaluate, analyze, and review budget and forecast submissions by key business partners.Prepare financial analysis to support budget and forecast submissions.Analyze financial results against comparators and provide variance explanations.Develop internal business reporting to drive performance for business units and others as assigned.Work with senior management and unit managers to ensure value‑added reporting supports sound decisions and clarity of results.Examples of internal reporting include sales, margin/profitability, gross‑to‑net sales,



and unit profitability reports.Assist the FP&A team with complex technical financial analysis to support business unit results and decision making, including qualitative and quantitative analysis, metrics, presentations, and recommendations.Perform ad‑hoc analysis as requested by senior management, product development, marketing, or regional teams.Corporate ReportingResponsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual actual corporate reporting for sales and gross margin for the business units.Accountable for internal reporting and analysis to validate net sales and gross margin before submission to corporate, including intercompany sales eliminations, rebates, and chargebacks.Ensure accuracy and integrity of gross-to-net sales, cost of goods purchased, and fully loaded gross margin.Reconcile rebates and chargebacks to ensure accurate net sales.Review and audit cost of goods purchased for accurate SAP and corporate system setup.Prepare and submit all required GAN corporate reporting and quarterly corporate reporting per corporate and regional deadlines.OtherAssist the FP&A team and Controlling team with priorities assigned by the Manager, FP&A, and Vice President, Corporate Services.Develop new and automated KPI reporting using big data or Power BI to improve internal reporting across Canada.SkillsTeam player who can also work independently.Resilient, adaptable,
