Engage as a dedicated Children's Counsellor in a compassionate setting. Provide one-on-one and group counseling for children facing various challenges, while upholding a supportive and nurturing atmosphere.

This position requires a completed College Diploma or University Degree in Social Sciences or equivalent experience. You will offer crisis counseling, organize recreational activities, and ensure accurate client record-keeping. Attending team meetings and participating in community outreach are essential to foster relationships with clients and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities:



• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for children • Record and maintain accurate client progress files • Liaise with local schools and outside agencies • Organize recreational and leisure activities for children • Support intake operations during peak hours

Requirements: • Diploma or degree in Social Sciences or equivalent • Specialized training in children's issues preferred • Strong verbal communication and crisis management skills • Experience with multi-disciplinary teamwork • Commitment to uphold organizational values
