In this role, you will support the continuous improvement of quality systems and compliance procedures. Engage with center operations and leadership to develop effective training programs and assess overall safety processes. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide quality support to centers within the region • Ensure effective training and compliance with SOPs • Conduct periodic quality assessments for excellence • Track and report on quality incidents diligently • Collaborate on corrective actions and audits
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field • Minimum of 4 years in quality supervision or management • Familiarity with quality control and assurance practices • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Flexibility to travel frequently for site support
