Key Responsibilities:

• Support technical analysis and solution sizing

• Ensure high-quality integration and deployment phases
• Lead functional and technical analysis discussions
Requirements:
• Solid knowledge of Genesys, NICE, AWS, or Google solutions
• Experience in AI-focused solution design
• Cloud delivery experience advantageous
• Strong customer interaction skills
• English and French fluency required
