Responsibilities Design and deliver SharePoint solutions that meet client requirements and timelines. Serve as technical authority on SharePoint projects, supporting upgrades, installations, configurations, migrations, security enhancements, administration, policy development, and user training. Work closely with internal colleagues, customers, and vendor representatives on installation, configuration and troubleshooting of SharePoint in accordance with contract SLAs. Mentor and develop consultants, engineers and technicians on technical and soft skills. Act as a technical expert with strong customer interaction skills, advise on, implement and manage complex solution and service deployments. Stay up to date on current trends and technological updates, continually fine‑tune delivery, adoption and problem‑solving skills. Represent Softchoice at trade shows, events and speaking engagements requiring technical expertise. Model personal growth, customer passion and ownership of outcomes. Work in a highly visible customer‑facing role. Assist in developing detailed and actionable Statements of Work with architects, engineers and project managers. Qualifications A curious mindset, willing to ask the right questions to provide customers with the best possible solution. Problem‑solving capability, uncovering and addressing root causes. Proactive work ethic with responsiveness to customers first. Passion for building strong customer relationships and driving great customer experience. Computer Science/Information Technology degree or diploma or equivalent industry experience.
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time. 10+ years’ work experience in a client‑facing professional services role; at least 3 years in an architect role. Proven consulting experience in a similar role. Certifications and Training Managing Microsoft Teams (MS-700) Microsoft 365 Administrator (MS-102) Cybersecurity Architect (SC-100) Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300) Information Security Administrator (SC-401) Sharegate, Quest ODM, SPMT (optional) Compensation and Benefits Base pay range: $120,800 – $151,000 annually + 14% target incentives (actual salary based on location, experience, skill set, education, certifications).
