You will play an important role supporting the evaluation of a current ocean terminal. Responsibilities encompass lease structuring, financial analysis, and cross-functional teamwork. Ideal candidates will demonstrate enthusiasm and a proactive approach to managing complex projects effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support lease negotiations and commercial structuring
• Perform strategic project analysis and benchmarking
• Maintain and update financial project models
• Collaborate with Legal, Corporate Development, and other teams
• Communicate with external stakeholders and third parties
Requirements:
• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• 6–8 years experience in analytical roles
• High proficiency in financial modeling with Excel
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
