In this full time role, you will provide frontline support across various IT requests and incidents. Your expertise will span hardware, software, and networking, ensuring prompt resolutions enhance the user experience. With a strong focus on customer service, you will directly support Microsoft technologies and assist in managing IT operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver IT support via multiple channels
• Manage hardware installations and upgrades
• Support Microsoft 365 applications and systems
• Document and track incidents in the ITSM system
• Assist with IT projects and end-user training
Requirements:
• 2-3 years IT support experience in Microsoft environments
• Diploma/degree in Computer Science or related field
• Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN)
• Familiarity with VoIP systems and collaboration tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and quick adaptability
