Drive customer satisfaction and sales growth as an Insurance Advisor. Engage with clients through phone, in-person, and email to provide quotes and sell new policies.
This role involves assisting customers with their home and auto insurance needs while managing and building strong relationships. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets, resolving client account activities, and conducting timely follow-ups and renewal calls. Candidates should be able to navigate multiple software programs and communicate effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide quotes and sell new insurance policies
• Assist customers in purchasing home and auto coverage
• Build and manage client relationships to meet sales goals
• Follow up on client accounts and outstanding activities
• Conduct sales and renewal calls for clients
Requirements:
• General Level 1 Insurance License is preferred
• Proven sales experience in a similar role
• Proficient in multiple computer programs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with EPIC software is an asset
