Manage payroll and HR functions with precision as a Human Resources Coordinator. Ensure efficient payroll processing, benefits administration, and comprehensive recruitment support in a temporary full-time capacity.
In this dynamic role, you will support payroll operations, including bi-weekly pay processing and maintaining personnel records. You will also oversee benefits and pension plans, assisting employees with inquiries and ensuring timely information delivery. This position entails participating in recruitment efforts, onboarding new employees, and providing essential support to the HR department and related administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees
• Manage HRIS and generate critical reports




• Administer benefits and pension plans
• Support recruitment activities and job fairs
• Provide administrative support to HR department
Requirements:
• 3 years of related HR and payroll experience
• Post-secondary diploma in Human Resources or related field
• PCP certification; CHRP is an asset
• Knowledge of payroll regulations in Ontario
• Solid organizational and communication skills
