Lead large-scale mechanical projects across Metro Vancouver as a dedicated Mechanical Project Manager. Drive collaboration with construction teams, clients, and stakeholders from pre-construction through to project closeout.

This position requires ownership of all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring transparent communication and alignment with internal teams. You will manage project scopes, contracts, documentation, and site-specific document controls while implementing Procore systems. The role emphasizes health and safety, QA/QC programs, and precise project tracking.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead projects from planning to execution and closeout • Establish and communicate project goals with teams • Manage contracts, scopes,



and core project documentation • Develop site-specific document control systems • Act as primary liaison for clients and stakeholders

Requirements: • 3–5+ years as a Mechanical Project Manager in Canada • Strong background in plumbing and mechanical construction • Proficiency in Bluebeam and Microsoft Office • Familiarity with BIM tools and AutoDesk • Project Management certification considered an asset
