Key Responsibilities:



• Lead meetings with clients throughout the project lifecycle • Develop and manage internal project budgets • Conduct reviews of existing structural conditions • Create models and analyze structures based on design codes • Mentor junior staff in technical and practical design aspects

Requirements: • Degree in civil engineering focusing on structures • At least 5 years in relevant engineering roles • P.Eng. designation is essential • Solid understanding of construction materials • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
