Key Responsibilities:
• Coach clients in creating personalized business plans

• Conduct outreach to recruit and engage participants
• Maintain detailed case notes and participant files
• Support YMCA initiatives through fundraising activities
Requirements:
• 3-5 years small business experience required
• Bachelor's Degree in business or related field
• Strong facilitation and mentoring skills
• Knowledge of community resources and business trends
• Proven competence in administration and reporting
