Drive talent management initiatives as an Entry-Level Talent Consultant. Collaborate with business leaders and provide support on HR processes to foster a more effective workplace.

In this position, the Junior Talent Consultant aids leadership in executing strategic talent management frameworks. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to projects aimed at enhancing employee capabilities and engagement. The role provides opportunities to develop advisory skills while supporting a culture of inclusion and diversity within the organization.

Key Responsibilities: • Partner with leaders on talent strategy execution • Assist with Talent policies,



including performance management • Act as the primary HR contact for assigned leaders • Aid in facilitating talent reviews and succession planning • Conduct analysis on performance and engagement data

Requirements: • 3+ years in HR or related field • Knowledge of core HR processes and regulations • Robust data interpretation skills • Effective communication and relationship skills • Bilingual English/French is considered an asset
