Core Mainframe Expertise : Extensive background in solution design and architecture across legacy Mainframe technologies, including Assembler, COBOL, and PL/1. Modernization Leadership : Demonstrated success in mainframe modernization initiatives, leveraging contemporary IBM solutions (e.g., Z/OS Connect, ZDIIH) to enhance system functionality and connectivity. Migration Strategy : Proven ability to architect solutions and develop effort estimates for migrating mainframe workloads to distributed system environments. Development Tools : Practical experience using IBM Developer for z/OS (IDz). Domain Knowledge : Strong functional understanding of the retail banking sector, covering core banking platforms, lending services, and card systems.
