Job Title

Senior Manager, Contracts

Location & Work Conditions

Longueuil, Quebec, Canada. Full‑time Monday‑Friday with flexible hours, exclusively on‑site.

What will your day‑to‑day look like?

- Leads, drafts, and manages complex contracts in accordance with company policies, internal and external client requests, schedules, and requirements.
- Prepares documentation for contract negotiations with aircraft customers and operators.
- Manages contractual relationships between internal clients and external aircraft customers/operators.
- Maintains records associated with contract preparation and approval.
- Conducts contract analysis and prepares reports to ensure documents meet negotiated and agreed‑upon parameters.
- With support from the Legal Department, advises the organization on contract matters and recommends appropriate solutions.
- Assists leadership with required training.
- Leads/manages multiple small‑to‑medium‑sized contract projects.
- Develops and implements process improvements to enhance departmental performance and effectiveness.

What you need to be successful

- Professional degree in law, administration, business, finance (or related paralegal field).
- Seven (7) years of experience in contract drafting and management.
- Excellent drafting skills.




- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Solid organizational and communication abilities.
- Capacity to manage a heavy workload and aggressive timelines.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
