As a supervisor, you will lead a team of approximately 40-75 employees, including electricians and assemblers. Your expertise will be vital in resolving production issues, motivating staff, and managing schedules effectively. You’ll work collaboratively with quality assurance teams to uphold the overall standard of the manufacturing unit and ensure timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily manufacturing operations and workforce activities
• Enforce regulations regarding workplace safety
• Manage production schedules and resolve obstacles




• Consult on product quality issues with engineering staff
• Assess employee performance and maintain attendance records
Requirements:
• 3+ years’ supervisory experience in production
• Certified journeyperson electrician
• Direct knowledge of operations and warehouse management
• Strong analytical and customer service skills
• Effective communication with stakeholders
