As a pivotal partner to the Director of Impact, you will navigate the administrative landscape of the McQueen Home, Family Resource Center, and Camp Horizon. Your role involves enhancing organizational efficiency and ensuring vital operations run smoothly while fostering positive stakeholder relationships. Flexibility to adapt to evolving needs is crucial for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely completion of rent payments and compliance standards
• Administer Salesforce and monitor guardianship documentation
• Oversee registration and contract management for Camp Horizon




• Organize program filing systems and manage documentation
• Assist with grant writing and community outreach initiatives
Requirements:
• 3+ years of relevant administrative experience
• Solid knowledge of MS Office, especially spreadsheets
• Solid communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to maintain discretion with confidential matters
• Highly organized with exceptional interpersonal skills
