We’re searching for a Store Manager who will bring the fandom to life. You’ll lead the store in achieving objectives such as hitting sales targets, recruiting, developing talent, and managing performance. You’ll be a retail maverick who can handle anything that comes your way and a believer in developing talent while delivering the best customer service in the mall.

What You’ll Do

Ensure that your store achieves the sales plan and/or comp sales goals.

Recruit, develop, and retain a super‑team-oriented and passionate team to run your store alongside you.

Lead the store as a bandleader, creating buzz and customer engagement through social media, store web applications, and clienteling.

Maintain an operationally sound business, balancing organizational structure, delegation, autonomy, and customer‑first selling practices.

Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll hours, schedules, and external factors that affect business.

Collaboratively communicate with retail leadership and HQ partners on trends and customer feedback.





Run sales reports and use data to guide your strategy to hit sales targets.

Adapt to new technologies, communicate company policies and procedures, and control supply ownership, spending only as needed.

Merchandise the store in a compelling way, leveraging planograms as a guide and launching all promotions on time.

Build a bench of equally talented staff through mentorship, recognition, and feedback.

What You’ll Need

At least 1–2 years of retail store‑management experience; you’ve led teams to success and want to experience more of it. You’ll have skills to pay the bills: communication, recruiting, and operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising).

A high‑school diploma or GED equivalent. A degree is a plus.

Adaptability in a fast‑changing industry and the ability to handle curveballs thrown your way.

Open‑mindedness and curiosity about pop‑culture fandoms and music trends.

The usual retail skills (with or without reasonable accommodation): the ability to navigate the store, merchandise product using approved equipment, and pack and unpack boxes of merch that may weigh up to 50 pounds.
