This is a maternity cover contract scheduled from July 2026 to August 2027. You will manage the entire talent acquisition cycle and help translate growth objectives into scalable recruitment strategies. Close partnership with HR leadership will be essential for achieving effective hiring outcomes and developing a diverse talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage comprehensive talent acquisition cycle across the sector
• Develop recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives
• Build a 12-month recruitment forecast for staffing needs
• Source candidates using industry networking and data insights

Requirements:
• 8-10 years in talent acquisition, 3 years in management
• Strong stakeholder engagement and organizational skills
• Experience in recruiting senior positions in construction
• Familiarity with immigration processes and vendor management
• Proven ability to influence senior professionals
