Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Richmond, BC for a Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing the CEO's daily schedule, coordinating meetings, handling administrative and clerical tasks, and supporting the effective operation of the CEO's office. Additionally,
the Personal Assistant will act as a liaison between the CEO and internal or external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and timely task execution.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Personal Assistance
- Proficiency in Diary Management and advanced Clerical Skills
- Experience in Administrative Assistance and managing confidential information
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in office productivity tools and scheduling software
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience supporting C-level executives is a plus
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
Salary- $45000 onwards based on experience plus benefits
