You appreciate how a strong employee experience contributes to a great client experience and you make it happen!* **Talent Management & Workforce Transformation** – Working with your HR Centres of Excellence (CoE) partners, you develop integrated talent strategies and solutions to support the business in acquiring, developing and retaining the best talent to meet current and future business needs and help them in tackling their top talent priorities. You support leaders in building employee capabilities and enabling team performance.* **HR Planning and Integration** – You plan and coordinate the delivery of annual Corporate HR initiatives related to Performance Management, Talent Planning, Base Pay and Incentive Pay to ensure the needs of the client groups and Corporate HR are met in a timely and efficient manner. Anticipates and plans for future human capability needs by analyzing and interpreting workforce information, reviewing results of employee surveys, and discussing top of mind issues and concerns with business and HR leaders.
