Oversee HVAC service operations and lead a dedicated team as a Service Supervisor. Drive productivity and ensure adherence to safety and service excellence standards.
In this role, you'll be responsible for guiding HVAC technicians in their daily tasks and overseeing the quality of service provided to clients. Your expertise will ensure compliance with local codes and troubleshooting occurs in real-time. You'll also facilitate training sessions, participate in evaluations, and provide support where necessary to enhance performance across the board.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor and support HVAC technicians in the field
• Conduct regular performance audits and safety checks
• Facilitate training and coaching for skill enhancement




• Schedule technicians and manage dispatching effectively
• Serve as an escalation point for client issues
Requirements:
• 5–7 years’ experience in HVAC services
• Supervisory experience is strongly preferred
• Certification as HVAC technician required
• Robust technical knowledge with various systems
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Ensure operational efficiency through effective team mentoring, technical training, and customer-focused service management.
