This hybrid role involves supporting the Americas Retail team with leadership development and performance management. You will provide consultative partnership, minimize organizational risk, and uphold a robust employee experience culture. Your responsibilities will encompass the implementation of talent initiatives, driving clarity in an evolving business landscape, and connecting workforce data with actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:



• Facilitate leadership development and talent management • Deliver change management initiatives effectively • Collaborate with Retail leadership on people strategies • Analyze workforce data to influence decision-making • Coach and mentor employees for growth

Requirements: • 7–12 years of strategic HR partnership experience • Strong influence capabilities with senior leaders • Proficiency in workforce data and analytics • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity • Bachelor's in HR or related field preferred
