Scarborough (Markham & Finch) | 5 days onsite $40–45/hour | Mon–Fri, 9–5 We’re working with a growing, multi-location retail organization that is building out its finance function following a recent acquisition. They’re looking to bring on an AP Manager to lead a team of 5 and help bring structure, efficiency, and accountability to a high-volume setting. This is a hands‑on leadership role with strong potential to convert to permanent. What You’ll Be Doing Lead and mentor a team of 5 in a centralized AP function Oversee high-volume invoice processing, including 3-way matching Ensure accuracy, controls, and timely vendor payments Manage escalations, discrepancies, and vendor relationships Monitor AP aging and support cash flow visibility Systems & Process Improvement Work with Business Central (Navision)



and Medius AP automation Drive process improvements and increase efficiency through automation Help standardize workflows across multiple locations Cross-Functional Partner with Procurement, Operations, and Finance Support month‑end close and reporting requirements What They’re Looking For 5+ years of AP experience, including team leadership Experience in a high-volume, multi-location environment Strong understanding of 3-way matching and controls ERP experience (Business Central preferred) Exposure to AP automation tools (Medius or similar) Hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment Why This Role Chance to step into a leadership role with immediate impact Chance to build structure and improve processes Strong potential to convert to permanent #J-18808-Ljbffr
