Overview

Seeking a Business Analyst for the Downstream Digital Transformation Division. Your role involves detailing business requirements for digital solutions, participating in solution design, synthesizing end-user needs, and assisting in designing customer journeys. You will also oversee digital projects and identify synergies between solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and document business requirements for downstream digital solutions.
- Participate in solution ideation,



design sprints, and user interviews.
- Benchmark industry best practices and existing solutions.
- Assist product owners with detailing features and user stories.
- Translate requirements into features and functionalities, documenting in standard formats.
- Define acceptance criteria and prepare user stories for development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering from a recognized institution. Minimum 15 years of experience in Oil and Gas Downstream, including at least 10 years in digital solutions development.
