What You Will Do: Own and operate Marketing’s end-to-end project intake, prioritization, and portfolio management, ensuring work is aligned to business goals, executive priorities, and customer journeys Design, implement, and continuously optimize AI-driven workflows to automate scheduling, workload balancing, alerts, and stakeholder communications across tools like Asana, Jira, Slack, and Google Workspace Stack‑rank and re‑prioritize a high volume of incoming marketing requests in a fast‑paced, global, multi‑product SaaS environment Define marketing program objectives, KPIs, and tactical plans, and monitor progress using data‑driven performance indicators Forecast resource constraints using AI‑powered alerts and collaborate with Marketing leadership to proactively resolve capacity, budget, or timeline risks Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and external agencies to ensure seamless execution and delivery Manage vendor and agency relationships to ensure contract compliance, on‑time delivery, and efficient use of offshore and retained resources Produce weekly executive‑ and board‑ready reporting that clearly communicates measurable outcomes (pipeline, bookings, conversion, ROI) using data aggregated across multiple systems Track time, spend, and overhead to support profitability analysis, operational improvements, and budget optimization Lead, mentor, and develop two senior Marketing Operations professionals,
fostering shared knowledge and operational excellence across the team What You Will Bring: 7+ years of experience in agency traffic management, project management, or marketing operations, with program‑ or portfolio‑level ownership 2+ years of people‑management experience leading senior individual contributors Hands‑on experience building or managing AI‑powered workflows and automation for scheduling, intake, reporting, or resource management Strong command of modern marketing and operations tools such as Asana, Jira, Slack, Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, and Google Analytics Proven ability to communicate clearly and confidently with executive leadership and Private Equity stakeholders, using outcome‑focused, data‑driven insights Demonstrated strength in prioritization, time management, and decision‑making under pressure Analytical mindset with the ability to define KPIs, evaluate program performance, and drive continuous improvement Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience Who You Are: An execution‑focused operations leader who thrives in complexity and brings order to fast‑moving environments Naturally pragmatic – you prioritize impact over process and solve problems with clarity and confidence Comfortable saying “no” (or “not yet”) when priorities, capacity, or budgets require discipline Energized by AI and automation, and constantly looking for smarter,
