Become a vital part of our team as a Senior Claims Adjuster for bodily injury, working within a hybrid model. Your expertise will shine in complex claim resolutions and customer interactions.As a level II Adjuster, you're responsible for investigating, negotiating, and settling challenging claims cases while fostering an environment of continuous improvement. Your transparent communication and problem-solving abilities will enhance both team performance and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex investigations and settlement discussions
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved
- Provide mentorship and technical support to colleagues
- Deliver outstanding service to elevate customer experiencesRequirements:
- Three years' experience in the claims field or similar
- Post-secondary diploma strongly preferred
- Active or pursuing adjuster certification is advantageous
