Act as the primary contact for HR inquiries as an HR Coordinator. Deliver timely guidance on HR matters, manage the ticketing system, and collaborate effectively in a client-facing role.
In this role, you will be instrumental in providing first-line HR support, addressing straightforward inquiries about leave policies, performance management, and system navigation. Your ability to triage and escalate complex cases will contribute to maintaining high service efficiency and adherence to performance metrics. Additionally, you will research inquiries across multiple regions while optimizing workflows and ensuring consistency in responses.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inquiries through the ticketing system efficiently
• Address straightforward HR questions and concerns




• Escalate complex cases to Senior HR Advisors
• Provide regional expertise for multi-country inquiries
• Ensure metrics accountability for response and resolution
Requirements:
• 2+ years in an HR support role
• Solid knowledge of HR practices and policies
• Robust organizational and communication skills
• Proactive and resourceful problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with ticketing systems and HRIS platforms
