Lead culinary excellence as a Culinary Director overseeing diverse kitchen operations. Create seasonal menus, ensure quality, and manage catering services while upholding high standards of service and presentation.
This role requires strong leadership to manage daily kitchen activities across multiple venues. You will create and execute creative menus that align with current culinary trends and organizational standards. Additionally, responsibilities include overseeing team management, food safety adherence, and fostering vendor relations for premium quality ingredients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily kitchen operations across multiple outlets
• Craft seasonal menus reflecting culinary trends
• Oversee quality audits and regular tastings




• Develop tailored banquet and catering menus
• Manage large-scale production for events
Requirements:
• 5–7+ years in premium hotels or upscale restaurants
• Proven success in managing culinary programs
• Strong knowledge of international cuisine
• Certification in Food Safety/Food Handling required
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
