Job Title: Senior Data & Analytics Engineer

Location: Hybrid mode – 50% on-site at any of the offices in Montreal, Brossard, Valcourt, or Sherbrooke

We are looking for a motivated Senior Data & Analytics Engineer to work with a diverse and highly skilled team, contributing to the development of an innovative and high-performing data platform to support the company’s transformation.

Responsibilities

- Design, implement, test, and support robust ELT data pipelines.
- Coordinate with multiple development teams to achieve delivery objectives.
- Support in requirements definition, estimation, development, and delivery of scalable and reliable solutions.
- Design, implement, test, and support efficient data transformations to provide reliable data to analysts and data scientists.
- Create technical documentation to ensure future code maintainability.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data engineering practices.

Requirements

- Experience working in companies with over 10,000 employees.
- More than 5 years of experience as a Data & Analytics Engineer.
- Strong, proven experience with the following technologies:
- Snowflake
- DBT
- Proficiency in the following programming languages:
- SQL
- Python
- Strong expertise in writing, executing,



and optimizing complex SQL queries.
- Experience in data profiling and other data quality validation methods.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices.
- Experience working in an agile team to build big data/analytics solutions.
- Experience with SAP , Power BI , and knowledge of AI/ML .
- Bilingual (French/English) or English-speaking.

Assets (Nice-to-Haves)

- Expertise in companies in the manufacturing, transportation, automotive, or aerospace industries.
- Experience in international companies operating across multiple continents.
- Experience in multi-site companies.
- Knowledge of additional programming languages:
- Java
- DAX
- Knowledge of additional technologies:
- Microsoft SQL Server
- Power BI
