Optiom is hiring a Partner Success Representative to support our growing BC Island territory. You will be a key presence with our broker and dealer partners: developing relationships, delivering product training, and driving growth through the channels that matter most.

You Bring

Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

A proven ability to build solid relationships and rapport with partners and stakeholders

A strategic, solutions-focused mindset with creative thinking skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage your time and territory independently

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Self-motivated and comfortable working in a hands-on, field-based environment





Previous experience in customer service, insurance, or vehicle sales is considered an asset

Bonus Points For

Familiarity with the BC Island dealer or broker market

Experience delivering product training in person or virtually

Background in insurance, automotive finance, or specialty products

Understanding of competitive landscape and market dynamics in BC

Active General Level 1 Insurance Licence already in hand
