In this executive role, you will oversee all aspects of operations, production processes, and installation management. Your focus will include assessing existing systems and implementing continuous improvement practices to optimize quality, reduce costs, and enhance customer experiences. You will work closely with the CEO and other departments to align strategies and promote a culture of excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements: • 10-15 years in custom manufacturing experience • Proven project management and quality systems knowledge • Robust leadership background with excellent communication skills • Experience in ERP/manufacturing systems • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business
