Donna Cona Inc. is currently seeking a System Analyst (Level 3), for one of our key government clients. Candidate will have experience in enterprise web application development to support the client’s project during its late delivery and deployment preparation phase. Candidate MUST have the following: A valid security clearance at the level of Reliability; A minimum of ten (10) years experience planning, designing and implementation of information systems; analyses, design,develop and test various programming systems, including coding, testing, debugging and documenting programs; Over ten (10)years experience developing enterprise web applications including each of the following: Java (backend), RESTful services, Multi-tier architectures; Five (5) years hands‑on coding experience within the last seven (7) years in EACH of the following: Java (Spring / Spring Boot), Angular,



TypeScript; At least four(4) years experience working in Agile/Scrum teams; and CI/CD & DevSecOps Tooling: Must have at least two (2) years experience with each of the following: Maven, Jenkins, Git, SonarQube, JFrog Artifactory, JIRA, Build and release readiness support. Candidate should have the following demonstrated experience: Recent Hands On Coding (Java, Angular/TypeScript); Agile &Late Stage Delivery; CI/CD &DevSecOps Tooling.
