In this full-time, permanent role, you will provide operational leadership and strategic direction for community development. You'll oversee philanthropic activities, social finance initiatives, and community collaboration, ensuring alignment with core values and the mission of improving equity. This role represents the foundation externally and works closely with the Board to drive governance and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic direction aligned with community commitments
• Advance inclusive, thriving communities through a community-led approach
• Integrate philanthropy, research,



and advocacy for deep impact
• Oversee community investments for measurable outcomes
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners
Requirements:
• 10+ years of executive leadership in non-profit or mission-driven settings
• Proven experience in managing significant teams and budgets
• Robust financial acumen with risk management expertise
• Commitment to equity, anti-racism, and community engagement
• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
