Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement recreational and educational programs
• Ensure safety and compliance with all regulations
• Provide emotional support and crisis intervention
• Collaborate on individual personal development plans
• Manage public relations and facilitate community relationships
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Class 5F Manitoba driver's license
• Criminal record check including vulnerable sector clearance
• Child and Adult Abuse Registry checks
• Prior experience in program facilitation is preferred
