What You Will Do
- Contribute to the development and execution of GDS’s mass market strategy by supporting cross-jurisdictional collaboration and governance activities. This includes leading meetings and communications with internal stakeholders to facilitate alignment on strategic vision, annual goals, and medium-to-long term priorities.
- Assist in ensuring that GDS’s Mass Market strategic planning is integrated with broader enterprise objectives, and help track progress against key milestones.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of GDS Mass Market Reporting processes. Assist in gathering, compiling, reconciling, and analyzing key mass market data and metrics across jurisdictions.
- Help prepare and deliver aggregate-level insights and reporting that inform strategic decision‑making and performance tracking. Contribute to identifying opportunities to enhance data quality, reporting efficiency, and stakeholder value.
- Lead in the development and maintenance of jurisdictional baselines by assisting in the collection, validation, and synthesis of relevant data.
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities and areas for improvement by analyzing trends, stakeholder input, and operational data.
- Assess existing processes, policies, and practices to inform recommendations that enhance efficiency, consistency, and strategic impact across jurisdictions.
- Assist in the implementation of identified mass market growth opportunities by supporting planning, coordination, and execution activities. Work closely with cross-jurisdictional peers to ensure alignment and smooth delivery of initiatives.
- Monitor progress, identify risks or barriers, and contribute to solutions that enable successful outcomes and sustained impact.
Who You Are
- University Business degree in Business, with seven or more years of experience within mass market, preferably within residential and small‑medium commercial including strategic business planning.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Show a solid understanding of mass market and natural gas systems in addition to having the ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and influence outcomes in a complex stakeholder environment.
- Bring strategic acumen, strong project management capabilities and an understanding of Enbridge’s natural gas infrastructure.
- Adopt an outstanding written and verbal communication style that includes strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Power BI.
Working Conditions
- Work performed in a typical office environment with regular travel between 30% to GDS offices in Ontario and U.S. jurisdictions with occasional evening and weekend work for events or stakeholder engagements.
- Offer a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record that will be verified upon hire.
Salary Ranges
- $120,000.00 – $150,000.00 CAD for Ontario Canada locations based upon candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity.
- $125,000.00 – $155,000.00 USD for U.S. locations based upon candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity.
- Applicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates.

Physical Requirements
Include but are not limited to: grasping, kneeling, light–moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement.
Mental Requirements
Include but are not limited to: ability to understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short‑term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
