Become a vital part of our residents' lives as a Registered Practical Nurse. Provide compassionate care while working in a team-oriented and supportive environment dedicated to quality service.
As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will implement nursing care in accordance with established practices and respond promptly to residents’ needs. You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team and guide Personal Support Workers to maintain high care standards and foster a quality living environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care as per established procedures
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses on resident care
• Communicate significant changes to healthcare professionals
• Supervise and mentor Personal Support Workers




• Participate in daily care team reports
Requirements:
• Active Certificate of Competence from the nursing authority
• Awareness of long-term care regulations and standards
• Experience in geriatric or rehabilitation nursing
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to quality, compassionate care
