Key Responsibilities:
• Coach banking advisors and guide career paths
• Ensure outstanding client experiences through teamwork
• Manage operational excellence and compliance standards
• Implement the advisory model across the team
• Identify and address future workforce requirements
Requirements:
• College diploma with 8+ years or bachelor’s with 5-6 years' experience
• Must be a Mutual Fund Representative (MFR)
• Willingness to become a Branch Compliance Officer (BCO)
• Proven track record in team coaching and management
• Solid skills in banking services and business growth
