Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and improve IAM processes and workflows
• Partner with security teams to enforce best practices
• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders
• Manage high-volume access requests using ServiceNow
• Troubleshoot identity-related issues with timely resolutions
Requirements:
• At least 1+ year of experience in IT enterprise settings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory
• Experience using ServiceNow and knowledge of ITIL v4
• Solid written and verbal skills
• Proven ability to translate technical terms for business clarity
