You will be responsible for conducting user research and analyzing data to inform multiple product designs (specifically for a redesign of the homebuyer journey with the bank). You will work closely with the design team from ideation to launch in order to implement design choices that improve user experience. You will also be responsible for developing a well-crafted research plan with explicit research objectives, writing usability research screeners and discussion guides, and recruiting targeted end-users for specific research studies.
