Reporting to the VP of Architecture, you'll leverage your architectural expertise to successfully manage all phases of construction projects. With a strong technical background and at least eight years of architecture experience, you will focus on designing practical, cost-effective solutions. You’ll work alongside a diverse team, ensuring projects meet schedule, budget, and client expectations while fostering an inclusive culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design building layouts that prioritize safety and accessibility • Collaborate with the architecture and engineering teams • Lead internal and external professionals in project execution • Ensure timely completion of designs within budget • Identify and mitigate potential project risks
Requirements: • Master’s degree in architecture is necessary • Minimum eight years of architecture-related experience • NSAA registration or ability to achieve it • Excellent understanding of the National Building Code • Proven ability to lead teams and engage stakeholders
