Role Description The Senior Financial Analyst, within the FP&A; team, will support financial planning, analysis, and business decision‑making by providing timely and accurate financial insights. Reporting to the Manager, FP&A;, the successful candidate will partner with cross‑functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking, while contributing to improved financial discipline across the organization.

Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Analysis

Support budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning processes

Perform variance analysis and identify key drivers impacting performance

Maintain financial models to support business and operational initiatives

Decision Support & Business Partnering

Partner with stakeholders to support evaluation of business initiatives





Assist in translating operational activities into financial outcomesProvide analysis to support decision‑making

Performance Management & Reporting

Support preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting for management

Track KPIs and provide insights on performance trends

Assist with covenant monitoring and liquidity tracking

Process Improvement

Enhance FP&A; processes, reporting frameworks, and data integrity

Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and analytical skills.

Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and effectively.

Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.

Possession of and/or working towards a professional qualification or post‑graduate degree (CFA, ACA, CIMA, ACCA, MBA or equivalent).

3–6 years of experience in Corporate FP&A;, Investment analysis, or Transaction support.
