Support diverse IT operations in a helpdesk environment as an IT Support Specialist. Provide in office and remote assistance for desktop, mobile, and network devices, ensuring effective troubleshooting and customer service.The role requires coordinating user problem reporting, identification, and resolution. You will deliver Level 1 support and assist with onboarding and training as needed. Your expertise will help in managing tickets and ensuring a seamless user experience.Key Responsibilities:- Provide on-site support at various offices- Set up new PC/MAC workstations and peripherals- Diagnose and support all client applications- Troubleshoot PC/MAC hardware and software issues- Manage low voltage equipment troubleshootingRequirements:- Experience with Low Voltage devices and IP networking- Proficient in Windows, MAC, and Mobile OS support- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills- Ability to handle high-stress situations- Knowledge of Cloud Computing is a plusEnhance operational efficiency by leveraging your IT support expertise in a dynamic helpdesk setting.#J-18808-Ljbffr
