Support diverse IT operations in a helpdesk environment as an IT Support Specialist. Provide in office and remote assistance for desktop, mobile, and network devices, ensuring effective troubleshooting and customer service.The role requires coordinating user problem reporting, identification, and resolution. You will deliver Level 1 support and assist with onboarding and training as needed.
