Your primary focus will be on scaling mid-level donors into major supporters, optimizing donations inspired by our milestone anniversary.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop relationships with high-net-worth individuals
• Grow mid-level donors into major givers
• Manage and support bequestor engagements




• Solicit existing major donors for additional support
• Use data analytics to identify new opportunities
Requirements:
• 3 years experience in donor programs or relationship building
• Exposure to CRM databases, preferably Salesforce
• Relevant qualifications in fundraising or sales
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
