Lead a new luxury coffee boutique, achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Inspire and guide your team towards operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

As the Boutique Manager, you will oversee boutique operations, focusing on maximizing sales and building a motivated team. Your leadership will directly influence the success of the boutique, enhancing customer engagement and promoting brand loyalty. You will be responsible for implementing best practices while ensuring the team meets performance standards and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop strategies to meet sales and service targets • Maximize sales of capsules and accessories • Coach staff for improved customer interactions • Oversee inventory management and reporting • Ensure IT systems function smoothly

Requirements: • 5+ years in retail management, preferably luxury • Solid background in team development • Excellent communication and analytical skills • Passion for coffee and sustainability • Physical ability to lift 23 kgs and stand throughout shifts
