Job Title: WFM Platform Lead

Current Need

The WFM Platform Lead is responsible for providing hands‑on functional and technical leadership for the Workforce Management (WFM) platform, with a primary focus on ADP Workforce Manager (UKG Pro Workforce Management). This role supports both project‑driven initiatives and ongoing operational needs, acting as a platform expert, configuration lead, and trusted partner to business stakeholders.

The role is intended to support a Center of Excellence operating model by bridging platform expertise, reporting, configuration, and customer‑facing engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Ownership and Configuration

- Serve as a subject matter expert for ADP Workforce Manager (UKG Pro Workforce Management).

- Help close the gap between business users and technical implementation teams.

- Solid collaborator and team player.
- Willingness to be hands‑on and actively engage in problem solving.
- Comfortable acknowledging gaps in knowledge and actively learning new areas.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Able to provide technical guidance and serve as a quality backstop for the team.
- Aligned with a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational rigor.
