Position Overview MobilityNorth America’sFinance andPerformanceManagement(FPM) teamis looking for an experiencedleader able todrivestrategic decision-making,change and performance alongsidebusiness needs and the North AmericanFPM vision and mission:

The role is totake comprehensive responsibility for all FPM relatedtasks and topics concerning Mobilityin Canada. This encompasses all Business Units as well as certain legal entity topics. We are looking for a leader of a small team, sparring partner of the legal entity CFO as well as primary point of contact for regional and global stakeholders.
Suitable candidates will be able
Drive performance through KPI-/fact-based transparency and convincing argumentations
Lead the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting process
Support the entities financial closing process, liquidity management as well as financial governance activities
Create results quickly in a complex matrix organization and fast-paced business environment
Communicate with and present to executive stakeholders internationally, while building trustworthy relationships with them
Drive continuous improvement and digitalization enabling tangible productivity
Responsibilities & Tasks
Ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data
Reliable and timely reporting of P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements alongside annual budgeting and monthly forecasting meeting respective business needs
Monitor and analyze financial performance to proactively identify areas for improvement and cost‑saving opportunities
Development of fact-based decision proposals and financial strategies
Preparation and presentation of financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
Collaborate across own organization driving harmonization as well as digitalization of financial tools and processes
Lead, coach and develop local talent
Required Knowledge / Skills, Education, and Experience
Master’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field; may be substituted with substantial years of working experience in similar position(s); CPA certification is a plus, but not a must
5+ years of working experience in a finance‑related function, preferably controlling and commercial project management
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a solution‑oriented mindset and can‑do mentality
Ability to effectively manage deadlines and prioritize in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
Strong communication and presentation skills
Assertiveness and resilience
Builds constructive and effective relationships across organizations and hierarchies
Salary is commensurate with experience, and ranges between $ 90,000 CAD - $ 140,000 CAD, excluding bonus and benefits. In addition to base salary, this role includes eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus based on Company performance metrics.
