Drive building operations as a Project Manager. Oversee construction, renovation, and improvement projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and compliance with safety standards.
This role reports to the General Manager and is crucial in coordinating multiple projects across properties. You will partner with Operations and Property Managers to address building issues while supervising contractors and in-house teams. Your expertise will focus on tracking budgets, timelines, and scopes while conducting site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and oversee projects from initiation to completion
• Assist with day-to-day building maintenance coordination
• Coordinate contractors and in-house staff for project tasks
• Track budgets and timelines; escalate issues as necessary
• Conduct site inspections to enforce safety standards
Requirements:
• 3–5 years in construction or project management
• Knowledge of building systems and construction methods
• Skilled in budgeting and scheduling tasks
• Robust communication and organizational skills
• Hands-on approach to detail-oriented project delivery
Shape operations through effective project management and coordination, ensuring quality and safety across all construction and renovation initiatives.
